The Americas from the past series offers a frustrated representation of the United States by turning and inverting typical souvenir images of well-known American places.
The observer is painfully forced to reverse his screen when looking at the image from an electronic device, something he isn't able to do when looking at the real physical artwork, generating a deeper frustration.
The series tries to deliver the global frustration around the world that the US are no longer a place to travel to.
